In immunofluorescence (IF), flexibility often comes at the expense of performance. Traditional secondary antibody workflows constrain researchers by restricting the use of same-species primary antibodies and relying upon relatively weak signal amplification. Direct IF with labeled primary antibodies simply does not offer robust enough performance, despite offering more freedom with primary selection.
The HCR™ HiFi Encoder fundamentally changes conventional approaches.
The HCR™ HiFi Encoder is an innovative plug-and-play reagent that lets you rapidly encode any unmodified primary antibody with the ability to trigger HCR™ Gold Amplifiers without purification, conjugation, or reformulation. By working with any off-the-shelf primary, the HCR™ HiFi Encoder frees you from fixed antibody panels and lets you design experiments around the primary antibodies you already know and trust.
What does that mean for you?
